
The Lagos State Government has said that it would soon release new methods that will aid private participants in building control and development measures of the present administration.
The Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Engr. Tayo Bamgbose-Martins revealed this during a recent meeting
held with a World Bank Team in Alausa, stressing that the proposed involvement
of the private sector in the building regulatory process in Lagos would be
encapsulated in three major initiatives.
