MUSON stands for Musical Society of Nigeria. MUSON was established in 1983 as a result of the commitment and dedication of a group of prominent Nigerians and expatriates to encourage the love for classical music in Nigerians.
The Muson Centre is an all-purpose civic auditorium that hosts events, award shows, to concerts. The key objective of the centre is to keep the love and appreciation for classical music alive in Lag appreciate and appreciate the richness of classical music.
