1. Exercise - You can exercise daily from the comfort of your house without going to the gym or jogging down the street.

Have a home workout plan that you can use. This will help keep you fit both mentally and physically

2. Read - Use this period to gain knowledge about certain topics or issues. You can get books, journals and articles online to read.

3. Play Games - There are a lot of fun games you and your loved ones can engage in during this period. This can also help with bonding as a family.


4. Watch Programs on TV - Now when I say this I don't mean you should spend the whole day watching news and getting yourself all worked up. Reduce the time you spend watching news and watch other programs showing on air.


5. Think of what you have always wanted to do if you had more time at your disposal, well, now you do.

If you want to write a song, go ahead and do it.

If you want to start a vlog or YouTube channel, now is the best time

If you want to write a book, get on with it who knows, it might come out to be a best-seller.


6. There are a lot of fun social media challenges going on. You can partake in few, also involve family and friends which I hope you'll will enjoy doing.
